Matthew J. Altick is a senior associate attorney for the Clark Firm PLLC. Matt primarily focuses his practice on business transactions, employment litigation, real estate, contracts, sports law, and corporate law. Matt’s education and wide-ranging experience allows him a unique perspective and ability to counsel and advise our clients in all facets of the law. He is a licensed attorney in the state of Texas, a speaker to young adults in college, and an avid Texas Rangers fan.
Steven E. Clark has over 40 years of legal experience. He began his legal career in civil litigation but soon grew fond of business and employment law. He enjoyed helping people grow and maintain their businesses. Today, Mr. Clark and the professional legal team at Clark Firm PLLC work to keep their clients safe from expensive litigation and audits. He is a published attorney, licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the Federal Circuit, and all federal and state courts in Texas. He is recognized by Martindale-Hubbell as AV* rated and has been selected for inclusion in the Texas Super Lawyers list in Labor and Employment Law. Karen Quick joined the Clark Firm PLLC in 2017 as the Chief Financial Officer for the firm providing guidance in accounting, financial management and strategic business leadership. As a member of the Clark Firm PLLC‘s legal team, Karen employs her years of experience, skills and knowledge to guide clients in business valuations, forensic accounting matters, business formation, and real estate transactions.
